Operating module 02

Catalogue & Content Intelligence

Turning raw product data into marketplace-ready listings — titles, attributes, variations, imagery and A+ content — then keeping them correct as the catalogue grows.

Amazon Seller Central · Amazon Vendor Central · Flipkart · Meesho · Myntra

Beat 01 · The problem

Your catalogue is the product, as far as the marketplace is concerned

  • Listings were written once at launch and never revisited
  • Variations are split, so reviews and rank are scattered across children
  • Flat-file errors silently suppress listings and nobody notices for weeks
  • Backend search terms are empty, duplicated, or stuffed with the title
  • Imagery meets the minimum requirement rather than doing any selling

A suppressed or badly structured listing does not underperform — it is invisible. You pay for the inventory either way.

Beat 03 · Execution

How the work actually runs

  1. Catalogue audit and data model

Every SKU is assessed against a fixed checklist — attributes, variation family, image compliance, indexation, suppression risk — producing a prioritised defect list rather than a general impression.

    At onboarding, then quarterly
  2. Keyword and intent mapping

Search terms are harvested, grouped by intent and mapped to specific listing fields, so the title, bullets and backend terms each do a different job instead of repeating each other.

  3. Content build and deployment

Copy, imagery and A+ modules are produced against the mapping, reviewed by QA, and deployed in controlled batches so any ranking effect is attributable.

  4. Catalogue health watch

Suppressions, stranded inventory, image failures and attribute errors are monitored continuously and corrected before they cost visibility.
